Opportunities to acquire current knowledge and comprehension of the various fields of practice influencing public health as well as an appreciation of social policy, associated theories, and the broader factors influencing health disparities and their application to public health.

You will gain theoretical knowledge of the fundamental and more general public health concepts, settings, and methodologies through the delivery of a modern curriculum, and you will be able to apply these to “real world” circumstances.

The curriculum is taught using a variety of evidence-based methods and a research-informed approach to make sure you obtain an education that is established within theoretical understandings and makes applicability to wider settings within industry.

Planning, tactics, and public health in action will all be covered, with a focus on important topics including nutrition and food, healthy environments, and the media.

You will gain a thorough awareness of current public health challenges and be able to persuasively participate in discussions on a wide range of subjects that are contextualized locally, nationally, and internationally.
